Family Coaching
Parenting can be challenging, especially when you're trying to balance the needs of your family with the everyday pressures of life. As a parent myself, I understand the difficulties, stresses, and uncertainties that come with raising children. My goal is to create a judgment-free zone where you feel supported and empowered throughout the process.
When you work with me, we begin with a thorough intake process, which includes asking important questions about your family dynamics, challenges, and goals. From there, I’ll observe your family interactions to get a deeper understanding of your unique situation. This helps me tailor the coaching process to your specific needs.
Together, we’ll set both family and individual goals that are meaningful and achievable. Each week, you’ll receive take-home exercises to reinforce what we've worked on in our sessions. We may also incorporate role-playing activities to practice new strategies and approaches in a safe space, helping you feel more confident in applying them in real life.
Change takes time, and I want to remind you that it takes approximately six weeks for new behaviors to become habits. Be patient with yourself and your family as you implement the tools and strategies we work on together. Remember, this is a process, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
