Advocacy Package
Initial Client Package - $395
Review of Documents:
Thorough examination of IEP and related documents.
Estimated time: 1-2 hours
Strategizing for the Meeting:
Developing a strategic approach to address specific concerns and goals.
Estimated time: 1-2 hours
First Meeting (up to 90 minutes):
Participation in the initial ARD meeting.
Estimated time: 1-2 hours
Follow-Up Write-Up:
Documentation of key points discussed and agreements made during the meeting.
**Additional meetings after our first may incur an additional charge. (We will discuss this for your approval before billing.)

Special Education Advocate
Individual services are invoiced at an hourly rate of $80
**Initial clients will be billed the package rate
Meeting Attendance:
Accompanying you to any meetings with the school, school system, or Department of Education (virtual or in-person).
Minimum 2 hours: $160
Additional hours: $80 per hour
Documentation Services:
Drafting:
$80 per document page (Charged at 1 hour per page)
Review:
$80 per 15 pages (Charged at 15 pages per hour)
A page is considered a standard document page, typically consisting of approximately 250 to 300 words. This includes content such as text, charts, and diagrams present on a single side of an 8.5 x 11-inch sheet of paper.

Family Coaching
Initial Coaching Package - $375
Includes a minimum of 5 sessions to help you or your family achieve your goals.
Package Details:
Customized Support: Available for family or individual coaching, with sessions tailored to address specific needs and goals for the present and future.
Session Duration: 45-60 minutes per session.
Pre-Session Preparation: Complete a questionnaire and have a 15-minute consultation call before the first session.
Session Variety: For family coaching, includes a mix of family and individual sessions as needed. For individual coaching, sessions focus solely on personal development.
Ongoing Support: Email and text messaging support between sessions. (calls over 15 minutes may incur additional fees).
Homework Assignments: Personalized tasks to reinforce session content.
Personality Assessments: Includes assessments and debriefings tailored to your focus.
Additional Sessions: Available at $80 per hour after the initial package.

Parent Panic Support
Parenting Support Mini-Sessions
Parenting can often be a challenging and overwhelming journey, and it's not uncommon for parents to experience moments of panic and uncertainty. Having a supportive and understanding ear to talk to can make all the difference in such moments. I offer a service that allows parents to have a short, 30 or 60-minute conversation, which can help them regain their composure and get back on track. This service allows parents to receive the support they need right when they need it most.
